Kadyrov among the leaders of the rating the effectiveness of Russian governors – Mangazia

The head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov has entered the top ten most efficient Russian governors according to the Foundation for the development of civil society, the press service of the Head of Government and the Czech Republic. Kadyrov took 7th place in the ranking, leaving behind the mayors of Moscow, Moscow region and St. Petersburg, and a score of 91 settled in the first group of governors with the indicator “A very high rating.”

The most effective governor named governor of the Tyumen region Vladimir Yakushev. In second place the head of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area Dmitry Kobylkin, the third – the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The technique is based on the rating of five thematic modules. The first (basic) module plays a decisive role in shaping the outcome. It is based on the results of the research fund “Public Opinion” “Georating” and expert evaluation.

The second module is based on the data of the relationship between monetary income and expenditure in a given region. The data is taken from the report “Socio-economic situation in Russia,” the Federal Service of State Statistics.

The third module assesses the socio-economic situation of the Russian Federation.

The fourth module describes the evaluation of the economic situation in the Russian Federation. It is based in part on the results of the Fund’s study “Public Opinion” “Georating”.

Finally, the fifth module evaluates a wide range of qualitative and quantitative indicators of media reports on the activities of the head of a particular region. The data are taken from the index of media efficiency of Heads of National Monitoring Services regions. It is based on analysis of more than 300,000 information messages to more than 500 federal and 8,000 regional media (TV, radio, press, news agencies and online media).
