The fire in the Sverdlovsk region killed four people – RBC

As a result of a fire in an apartment building in Novouralsk (Sverdlovsk region), four people were killed, including nine years old. This was reported on the official website of the local management Investigative Committee of Russia.

According to investigators, the fire could occur as a result of careless handling of fire while smoking while drinking alcohol. Now investigators are trying to find out all the circumstances of the incident. To determine the exact cause of death forensic examination will be carried out.

According to the SC, the fire said one of the women, who was in

the apartment. Presumably, she later poisoned by combustion products and died.

In connection with an event initiated a criminal case on grounds of crime under part 3 of article 109 of the Criminal Code (causing death by negligence to two or more persons).
