On the question, does Russia plan to abandon the counter-sanctions, President Vladimir Putin replied: “Figure it.”

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia is not going to cancel retaliatory measures against the West, reports TASS.

Earlier, on October 12, Putin said that anti-Russian sanctions of the West he considers blackmail and that they, in his opinion, will not lead to Russia’s isolation.

“If we succumb to this blackmail, it will eventually lose in the economy because it will turn into an economic appendage of someone else. Russia could not tolerate, because it won’t survive”, — said the President.
