General Director of “Mail of Russia” Dmitry Strashnov said that there is no reason to abandon paid him the prize at 95.4 million rubles, as it was appointed him by the government.

In his opinion, if there is a Directive on the return of these funds, it will be a bad precedent for the market, reports RIA “Novosti”.

Earlier it was reported that the Prosecutor General’s office of Russia revealed the fact of illegal remuneration Strashnova in the amount of 95 million rubles and requires to initiate against him a criminal case.

the Prosecutor’s office also demands to initiate a case against two Directors of the departments of the Ministry of communications, taking the decision on payment of the prize on signs of the crime provided by article 293 (negligence). Against the head of “Mail of Russia” it is preparing on the basis of article 201 (abuse of authority) of the criminal code.

In the UK reported that the Investigative Committee will examine the materials of the Prosecutor General about unlawful remuneration Strashnov as soon as the documents arrive in the office, after which procedural decision will be made.

Earlier, the company said that the monthly salary of the General Director of “Mail of Russia” is 307 thousand rubles, this amount does not include allowances for travel and state secrets.
