Moreover , the crew was formed in such a way that the two pilots and flight engineer performed together only the third flight. When the crew in this composition has never held a joint training on the simulator, designed to train the actions in case of emergency situation. And for the first time such a situation occurred precisely during the flight on board the Yak-42. So now we can say with certainty that it is the proper approach to the training of flight crews in this situation would help all the same to avoid the tragedy that claimed the lives of 44 people. The case was referred to the court. Timofeev faces up to 7 years imprisonment.
