The new president of Yekaterinburg Fund “City Without Drugs” (HDN) was elected as one of the founders of the organization. It is reported by TASS referring to the second founder Yuri Kryuchenkova.

Earlier “Kommersant” wrote that Kabanov does not exclude the probability of dissolution of the fund founders. Possible closure of GBN, he explained that in the 15 years of existence, the fund has degenerated and is currently used solely for political purposes.
Foundation “City Without Drugs” was founded in 1999 by Igor Carlsbad, Yevgeny Roizman, Andrey Kabanov and Andrei Sannikov. Roizman, former head of the fund, was forced to leave his post after this he was elected mayor of Yekaterinburg.
