Federal Service for Drug Control has prepared a draft resolution, which in the country are going to ban the circulation of substances in smoking mixtures by adding them to the list of drugs. It is known that we are talking about “Spice”, which in recent years have led to the mass poisoning of people in Russia, including deaths.
Federal Drug Control Service has already placed the document on the portal on the disclosure of information for the preparation of regulatory and administrative acts.
In the draft regulation explains that in the last month in the Kirov, Vladimir, Orenburg and Smolensk regions, as well as in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra was recorded mass poisoning beyond the control of synthetic substances that are included in smoking mixtures, so-called “Spice.” Stresses that affected hundreds.
Earlier, Viktor Ivanov, the head of the Federal Service for Drug Control of the Russian Federation, reported that “spice-epidemic”, because of which killed more than 25 people, failed to stop. He added that they were destroyed by a network through which regional spread “spice”, while 20 criminals arrested.
The document summarized FDCS that the immediate adoption of appropriate measures regarding the establishment of control over the circulation of such substances will contribute opposition to their distribution in the Russian Federation, and therefore saving the lives of hundreds of young people.
