The Supreme Court will consider the claim of Justice on the Elimination of the human rights organization "Memorial" – radio station Echo of Moscow

Defenders themselves have not yet seen the text of the claim, however, suggest that it is associated with formal complaints to the device organization – said a board member of the Echo of Moscow “Memorial” Yang Raczynski.

 Raczynski said that defenders of “Memorial” intend to continue to defend their rights.
 

 Management of “Memorial” should make every effort to avoid liquidation of the organization. Structure of NGOs must conform to current legislation, – an opinion in an interview with Echo of Moscow expressed by Chairman
