State Duma deputy from the Liberal Democratic Party Vladimir Taskaev Viktor Sobolev Sergei Marinin proposes to add a list of organizations that are not recognized by taxpayers income tax organizations paid rest and travel to the seat of their employees within the Russian Federation, writes Izvestia.
The paper said that the initiative aims to improve the social safety net and the development of domestic tourism, especially in Crimea and Sevastopol. In addition, the money that previously exported our citizens in foreign countries, as the cost of leisure will be invested in the Russian economy.
According to Sobolev, the Russians are interested in how to get quality rest at home.
«Given the unstable exchange rate, we understand that the rest of our citizens in Russia will bring positive economic effect as our budget, and by the people”, – said the deputy. He explained that in the beginning there may be some problems for the federal budget, as it will reduce taxes on income, but soon the issue will be resolved by the means that will be spent on holiday.
«In addition, they will be charged in the form of taxes paid by tour operators, hotels, restaurants, and many others,” – said co-author of the initiative.
