Putin has appointed a new special envoy for the Middle East – BBC

Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov Russia as his special envoy to the Middle East and Africa. This was reported on the online of the Kremlin.

It is noted that in connection with the new appointment president released from these duties Mikhail Margelov, who previously held this position.
