New aerobatic team "Wings of Tauris" will perform at Victory Parade – Russian newspaper

The fifth Russian Air Force aerobatic team “Wings of Tauris”, created on the basis of academic Borisoglebskii aviatsentr in the Voronezh region, in 2015 he made his debut on May 9 in the air parade on Red Square dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Victory, Air Force spokesman Igor Klimov.

The group flies to the latest training and combat aircraft Yak-130. It received its name in honor of the first flight, perfect May 9, 2014 in Sevastopol.

In Borisoglebsk held joint training of local pilots and aerobatic team “Swifts”: aviators made single and group flights for practicing aerobatics at altitudes of 300-1500 meters. It is expected that the parade will be attended by four Yak-130.

– Seven people were prepared for complex aerobatics at low altitude, six – for aerobatics at an average altitude of eight pilots – a simple aerobatics as part of a pair in the middle and low altitude, four pilots – to work in about a couple of closed – said Klimov.

As part of the Russian Air Force aerobatic teams of five operating at the MiG-29, Su-27, Su-30 training -boevyh Yak-130, Mi-28N and Ka-52. Joint performances of all groups are planned for the Victory Parade and competition “Aviadarts-2015″.

“Russian Knights” will perform at air shows in Malaysia and Malta. At a rock festival “Invasion” will fly “Falcons of Russia” and “Golden Eagles”. In August, four aerobatic team perform at the Aviation and Space Salon MAKS 2015 in Zhukovsky.
