Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Transport Vitaly Efimov («United Russia») sent to the Federal Air Transport Agency a letter inviting them to consider the possibility of creating a “black list” of unskilled pilots and controllers, which are fired from a previous job for labor violations, wrote on January 27 newspaper “Izvestia”.

The appearance of such a list, he said, will allow airlines to have objective information about any employee and avoid hiring mistakes.
