Russia has terminated the agreement between the governments of Russia and Ukraine about interaction at operation of main oil pipelines. The corresponding document was signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev was published on the government website.
the Agreement was signed on 26 July 1995, the document says. It was established that the pipelines passing through the territory of Ukraine, operated by the subsidiaries of Transnefteproduct. However, in February 2016, the plots were sold to the Swiss company International Trading Partners AG.
In this regard, the government considered that the participation of the Russian side the agreement “inexpedient”, reads the accompanying note.
In August 2015 it became known that International Trading Partners AG has addressed in Federal Antimonopoly service with the petition for purchase of 100% shares of “South-West Transnefteproduct”. In March of this year “Transneft” has closed the transaction for the sale of oil pipeline “Prikarpatzapadtrans”
International Trading Partners AG registered in Switzerland kantonesisch Gallen, however, is under the control of a German citizen Anatoly Schaefer, have informed Agency “Interfax”. The Ukrainian edition of UNN claimed that Schaefer has registration in Moscow, and the money for the transaction was stored in one of capital banks.
