MOSCOW, November 4th. /TASS/. In Russia and in the USA there are people who are working to strengthen relations between the two countries, which gives hope for a full recovery of these relations, said on Friday Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“In our countries – and in Russia, and the United States – there are people who value each other, respect and love the culture and the United States, and the Russian culture, – the President said at the ceremony presenting state awards. – Of course, it brings. This creates hope for a full recovery of our relations in the interests of our peoples.”

the Head of state noted educational and outreach programs, the implementation of which the United States initiated a Susan Lehrman. Putin stressed that such projects are especially important now, when relations between Russia and the United States “experiencing hardship”.

Putin also called an incredibly high level of relations between Russia and China. According to him, this has been achieved through the efforts of such people as Director of the China Grand national theatre of Chen Ping, who today handed the state awards.

“I thank everybody for the attention You pay to the preservation and dissemination of Russian culture and the Russian language”, – stressed the head of state.

In conclusion, he congratulated with the Day of national unity of all Russian citizens and compatriots living abroad.
