In Perm on the audit house on the street of Kuibyshev, 103, the angle that hit the day before, it was decided to allow residents to return to the apartment first and second entrances. This was reported by Interfax EMERCOM Russia’s Perm region.

Meanwhile, the head of Perm Igor hoes wrote in his blog that now examine the third entrance, then decide on returning to the residents.
Recall part of a residential five-storey building collapsed in the morning on July 11th. Two people were killed, four were given medical assistance. Fully four apartments have been destroyed.
Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under part 1 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code (works, services that do not meet safety requirements). Preliminary cause of the incident was called the weakening of bearing structures of the building. Tenants blamed the tragedy merchants, rental shops on the ground floor.
