Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday signed a decree on the appointment of the former Minister of Education and Science of Russia Dmitry Livanov at the post of Special Representative of the President on the development of trade and economic relations with Ukraine. The corresponding document was published on the Kremlin website.
The decree comes into force from the date of its signing.
Earlier it was reported that Putin has signed a decree on the resignation of Livanov as head of the Ministry of Education and the appointment to the post of Minister of Education of Russia, Olga Vasilyeva.
