Communists plan to the State Duma a bill on a progressive scale of income tax: the Russians, who earn less than 20 thousand rubles, shall be exempt tax and receiving more than 400 thousand rubles must deduct 35%, said on Jan. 8 news agency “RIA Novosti” the head of the legal service of the Communist Party, State Duma Deputy Vadim Solovyov. “From 20 to 50 thousand – 10%, from 50 to 100 thousand – 13%, from 100 to 200 thousand – 15%, from 200 to 400 thousand – 25%, more than 400 thousand – 35%,” – said the deputy. Solovyov said that those who earn more, and could do a greater contribution to the budget. Currently, in the Russian Federation for the main income of individuals established a uniform tax rate of 13%.
