Former Yukos CEO Mikhail Khodorkovsky said the statement by the head of the Chechen Ramzan Kadyrov, who called Khodorkovsky and personal enemy, “the enemy of all Muslims”.

“I have heard and noted the threat of loyal supporters of Vladimir Putin. This threat is in their focus is not different from yesterday’s terrorist attack in Paris : its purpose – to intimidate, rob votes, stop word. Kadyrov did not like the reaction of the former head of Yukos to the attack on the editor of the French magazine Charlie Hebdo. According to Kadyrov, Khodorkovsky “declared himself the enemy of all Muslims”, urging journalists to publish cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad.

“In response to my statement from the Kremlin propagandists have launched a campaign in which falsely try to present the refusal to be led by murderers, as disrespect to the Muslims … I wanted to show that the terrorists will not achieve their goals barbaric that the answer to such an event can only be unity and the protection of freedom of speech, “- said Khodorkovsky.

In a tweet Khodorkovsky , vyzvayshego angry reaction Kadyrov said: “If journalists – a worthy community, tomorrow there should be no edition of cartoons of the Prophet”.
