In a statement, quoted by the Agency, also emphasized that the planned growth of the salary on the average on 38% is not an increase, but an increase cumulatively from 2012 to 2018. The press service added that the change in the wage structure of civil servants from January 2019 envisaged the Main directions of development of the state civil service of the Russian Federation in 2016-2018.
