“it would be Appropriate to translate Ildar Dading to serve his sentence in another colony. Will always be a suspicion of bias or subjective approach to the person, contained here after such loud statements,” she said (quoted by “Interfax”).

Earlier in the broadcast of “Rain” Moskalkova told about visiting the Dading in the colony. According to her, the actions of employees IR-7 “was the law”.

As said Moskalkova, in a conversation with her Dading confirmed that it had used the handcuffs and violence. “The action was at law. They face the camera and say that now would be searched and asked to leave the chamber. He says he will not leave his cell. Then they were forced to use handcuffs. It looks correct,” — said the Ombudsman.

She added that, according to the convict, a violence to him was used out of the camera. The Ombudsman noted that she had insufficient evidence to confirm or refute. “He talks about it in great detail and sincerely, but when talking with investigators, they say it requires further research to make sure what it was,” she said. According to Moskalkova, the investigators ask “professional issues”: how many people used violence, where the strikes hit, why weren’t there marks on the body.

Dading explained the lack of signs that were in clothes during the beating, said the Ombudsman. After a conversation with the Ombudsman Dading was delivered to Petrozavodsk hospital for examination. In FSIN declared that the doctors of the city hospital did not reveal the Dading “of pathological conditions requiring medical care.” The day before during a meeting with representatives of the PMC Dading lost consciousness.

Ildar Dading was convicted in December of 2015 and received three years of imprisonment. In March the court reduced the sentence to two and a half years. He became the first Russian citizen, who was convicted on charges of violations at rallies.
