It should be noted that the amendment to the Administrative Code toughen penalties for second and subsequent participation in illegal actions. The first arrest lead to a fine of up to 20 thousand rubles, or arrest for 15 days. And already at relapse may award a penalty in the amount of 150-300 thousand rubles, or public works up to 200 hours, or arrest up to 30 days.
