A spokesman for Vladimir Putin, Dmitry Peskov, said that the appeal to the president through a direct line can not be regarded as official. “As a straight line is a project of the two channels, the issues that come up, can not be interpreted as official appeals to the president,” – leads the “Interfax” the words of Mr. Peskov. He added that the issues are analyzed in the Kremlin, and on the most significant violations are orders agencies and regions.

Vladimir Putin on April 16 will hold a traditional annual dialogue with the Russians. Questions come from the president on April 9.
