“Golden Key” on the attached photo with your child: This lesson – a REGNUM
The scandal surrounding one of the private children’s correctional centers Saratov erupted because of photos tied to a chair with tape sealed boy with his mouth. In the correctional center say so taught the child to navigate in space, transferred to regional media.

Minister of Education of Saratov region called Marina Yepifanova case with the child in the photo blatant and sent a letter to the prosecutor of the region and the children’s ombudsman. The minister said that the center does not appear in the register of educational institutions of the regional Ministry of Education.

The actions of unidentified private children’s center staff may see signs of a crime under Art. 156 of the Criminal Code (improper fulfillment of responsibilities for the upbringing of a minor). Set all the circumstances of the incident. The audit will be procedural decision, the report says.
