Ex-director of the fish processing plant on Shikotan detained after a complaint to Putin – RBC

The police detained the former director of the Kuril fish plant “Island” Kashkarov Natalia, who is suspected of committing several crimes on the fact of the delay of salaries to employees of the plant. It is reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the Investigation Department of the TFR in the Sakhalin region.

As explained in the department, Kashkarov detained on Shikotan, and then taken to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. On Thursday, April 21 Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk court to elect a preventive measure for it.

April 19, Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia Yuri Gulyagin said that against the leadership of fish processing plant “Island” criminal case on deliberate bankruptcy of the company in respect of the shareholder, “the Island” Yuriy Belkin and Natalia Kashkarova.

Another case was opened into the attempted theft of budget funds at fish factory reimbursement of value added tax in the amount of more than 6 million rubles. In addition, initiated two criminal cases on the fact of non-payment of salaries of employees of fish processing plant and on the fact of abuse of Belkin and Kashkarova their official powers.

During the “Direct Line with Vladimir Putin” on April 14 employees, “the Island” complained to the Russian leader, they do not pay salaries for months. They said that some of them were threatened after they were invited to a straight line. They added that complained to the prosecutor of the Sakhalin area and sent a letter to the presidential administration. In response, Putin said that their letter did not see, and instructed the Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika to find out whether the post head of the local prosecutor’s office.

According to the press service of the Sakhalin Oblast Government, all of the actions fish factory management suffered about 200 human. Some of them have already paid the debt. All debts, amounting to more than 6 million rubles., Will be eliminated before the end of this week.
