RBC – The student hostel in Moscow there was a fire

In the dormitory of the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) in the north of Moscow there was a fire. It is reported by “RIA Novosti” with reference to the representative of the capital’s central board MOE.

He said that firefighters arrived at the scene at 2:18 MSK. They are rescued from a burning building, seven people, he added.

Later, the ministry reported that the fire is localized on an area of ​​50 square meters. m. The building was evacuated 27 people, told in the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

However, earlier the source agency in the emergency services of the capital reported that held a mass evacuation. The building, he said, at the time of

the fire there were about 350 people. He also said that three students jumping out of windows got broken legs. Another five people, according to him, have suffered in the fire.

According to the source agency, the heat source is located in one of the rooms on the third floor of the building, burning personal belongings and furniture in the room and the hallway.
