According to the FSB, during 2014-2015, and Gladkov Dymbrylov prepared and approved the financial statements documents “containing corrupted data, including about overstating the cost of works on creation of the MFC network in the Perm region. ” Thus, they have committed on preliminary arrangement by embezzlement of budget funds worth a total of not less than 31.3 million rubles.
Perm Krai MFC established on 1 March 2012 in the framework of the concept of the administrative reforms of the Russian Federation. The founder is the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Perm region.
