In the plenary hall of the state Duma will have to renovate due to the fact that the MPs do not have enough air. In an interview with “Kommersant” said the speaker of the lower house of Parliament, Vyacheslav Volodin.

Volodin said that especially uncomfortable MPs sitting at the end of the hall, where the floor is raised closer to the ceiling. “And there are deputies less air gets! Because there is less oxygen,” he said.
