MOSCOW, 4 Feb — RIA Novosti. the Party “Yabloko” during the election of the forum adopted the Manifesto of youth, urging young activists and supporters to support the presidential campaign of the founder of the party Grigory Yavlinsky.

The Russian presidential election is scheduled for 2018.

a Manifesto of youth, adopted at the forum proposes to abolish conscription and switch completely to a contract system of manning the armed forces in the next two years; to revise the priorities of the budget, significantly increasing funding for healthcare, education, culture, science, art and sports; to provide equal access to education for all inhabitants of the country, to create an accessible system of subsidies student loans.

the document, which is available to RIA Novosti, the party was in favour of changing the structure of the economy and the creation of a “knowledge economy” — a system of high-tech and knowledge-intensive industries, the continuous creation and implementation in the economic life of the advanced development.

In policy positions, the party postulates the rejection of censorship in the arts, the Internet and the media, ensuring academic freedom, freedom of creativity, information sharing, open access to knowledge and cultural values. In the “Apple” offer to negotiate visa-free regime with countries of Schengen agreement to create the European Union General system of student, teaching, school, academic and artistic exchanges.
