the Moscow Police opened a criminal case on violation of traffic rules against the driver of one of the cars that caused the accident that killed eight people in New Moscow. This information was reported by the press service of the Metropolitan Moi.
As specified, the investigator of the investigation Department of the police Department at Trinity and Novomoskovsk administrative districts has opened a criminal case against the driver of a Toyota article №264 of the Criminal code of Russian Federation (“Violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles, entailed on imprudence death of two and more persons”).
Dorozhno-transport incident to participation of cars of Toyota and UAZ occurred on 1 February in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas of Moscow in the Kalinovskaya settlement near the turn of the village of Korotygino. According to preliminary information, cars collided, one of them caught fire, reports “Interfax”.
the accident killed eight people, four hospitalized. Among the dead were citizens of Kyrgyzstan.
