General contractor for construction of the bridge Kerch can choose at the beginning of 2015 – BBC

Kerch bridge construction contractor may elect at the beginning of 2015, the Minister of Transport of Russia Maxim Sokolov.

«With regard to the design of the Kerch transition, these works are already underway. We hope that by the end of 2015, the basic design work will be completed, but parallel to that in mid-2015 will be deployed large-scale preparatory work throughout the construction of the bridge, “- the minister said.

According to him, today work related to the rail component of the bridge leading contractors Railways. “Questions about the automotive component will be addressed later, when we understand the basic parameters of the project,” – said Sokolov.
