FAS opened a case against Lenovo and Superwave – clear Channel (Registration)

the Federal Antimonopoly service of Russia (FAS) initiated administrative proceedings against the Russian divisions of the companies Lenovo and Superwave Group. This was reported on the website of the Department.

the Reason for this was not provided on time information in the case of cartel collusion in the auction state information system “Elections”. For this the Russian division of the company can be fined up to 500 thousand rubles for each such case.

In the FAS emphasized that the representation of Lenovo in Russia — LLC “Lenovo (East Europe/Asia)” — systematically oppose the investigation. “So, employees of the company on 17 November 2016 prevented the conduct of control activities during unscheduled inspections,” — said the FAS.
