IRKUTSK, December 23. /TASS/. Leninsky district court of Irkutsk following the meeting on Thursday evening placed under house arrest two of the 13 detainees in the case of mass poisoning surrogate, said on Friday, TASS senior assistant to the public Prosecutor of the Irkutsk region Alexander Semenov.
“the Court issued a remand in the form of house arrest two suspects, one court extended the detention for 72 hours. The fourth detainee, the petition of a consequence about arrest, the court was not satisfied,” said he.
Previously TASS reported that on Friday the Leninsky district court intends to consider the petition of a consequence about arrest of seven people involved in the mass poisoning, the victims in Irkutsk than 70 people. Earlier, the court also extended the detention of suspects for 72 hours. Another two to elect a measure of restraint the court plans on Saturday.
From poisoning the perfume concentrate “Hawthorn” from 17 to 22 July in Irkutsk, killing more than 70 and injured more than 100 people.
