Putin proposed a ban on the SSF to report service online

According to the introduction by the President the bill, the SSF may not be able to report your service on the Internet and the media. The document also obliges employees to undergo a mandatory fingerprinting when applying for a service

President Vladimir Putin in the Duma introduced a bill prohibiting officers of the Federal guard service (FSO) to disclose information about their service in the Internet and media. The document was published in electronic database of the state Duma.

the Document proposes to amend the law “On state protection”. According to the draft law, employees of the FSO, it is prohibited to place in the media and on the Internet information, including photos and videos, about themselves and “other employees of the organs of state security to disclose the affiliation to the organs of state security”. The document also forbidden to inform on his or her activities or FSO.

in addition, the bill proposes to allow the FSO to “temporarily restrict or prohibit the movement of vehicles and pedestrians on the highways of travel (movement) of objects of the state protection”.

According to the explanatory Memorandum, the employees of the service may permit, without charge, use airports, airfields, landing grounds, and sea and river ports.

the Bill also sets long working hours for employees are occupying positions of leadership. In addition, the employees of the state proposed to be included in the list of persons subject to mandatory fingerprint registration.
