MOSCOW, February 6. /TASS/. The investigation of the former Deputy Minister of culture of Russian Federation Grigoriy Pirumov and other defendants in the case of embezzlement of funds allocated for restoration of objects of cultural heritage, was completed. About this TASS said a source close to the investigation.

a Source familiar with the situation also said that the two defendants in the case of embezzlement of funds allocated for restoration of objects of cultural heritage, – the Director of “Baltstroy” Dmitry Sergeyev and the Advisor of the General Director of OOO “Linnet – consult” Nikita Kolesnikov will be tried in a specific order.
“the Case against Kolesnikova and Sergeeva allocated in separate manufacture and will be considered in a special manner due to the fact that they made a deal with the investigation,” – said the source.
At the proceedings in a special manner the defendant could not be sentenced in excess of 2/3 the maximum penalty under the relevant article of the Criminal code. A plea bargain involves a guilty plea and testimony, contribute to solving the crime and also implicating other defendants in the case.

They are charged under part 4 of article 159 of the criminal code (“Fraud in especially large size a group of persons”). All but Kolesnikov and Kochenova, have been detained.
According to investigators, in 2012, Pirumov has created a criminal group whose members have signed contracts with erroneous information and high cost of services for the execution of restoration works. In case are six episodes: the theft of funds allocated for restoration work in the Novodevichy convent in Moscow, drama theatre in Pskov, St. John the Baptist monastery, the Museum of cosmonautics in Kaluga, Izborsk fortress and manor Aseeva in Tambov.
As reported TASS a source familiar with the situation, all the defendants pleaded guilty to all or a number of episodes. In particular, Mazo and Ivanov confessed to the episodes associated with the restoration of the monasteries, and Kolesnikov concluded pre-trial agreement, in connection with which the case in its relation has been allocated in separate manufacture. In the present investigation, it is complete, he meets with the case.
