The children’s Ombudsman Komi explains the circumstances of the murder of 12-year-old boy – RIA Novosti

St. PETERSBURG, 6 Feb — RIA Novosti. Ombudsman under the head of the Komi Republic on the rights of the child Nelli Strutinsky has called a great tragedy the murder of 12-year-old boy which was made by two of his peers; according to her, it has left in place the Commission, but until specific data there is no work.

Earlier it was reported that two students in the village of Yelets city of Vorkuta during the fight struck a 12-year-old boy several times with a knife. From his injuries the boy died at the scene. After that, the attackers peers buried his body in the snow.

“This is a tragedy… no One imagined that this could happen,” said Strutynsky RIA Novosti.

She recalled that currently, the investigation and clarification of the circumstances of the incident involved investigating authorities.

“We are also working on the situation, the place I left the Board… But I won’t give reviews, unless I have specific data,” added Strutinsky.

Previously, the SUCK of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Komi reported that in the criminal case are conducted necessary investigative actions aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident. In particular, it will set the relationship between adolescents in school, as well as an assessment of the completeness of the undertaken preventive measures on the part of teachers and officials of prevention. Currently, because teenagers have not reached the age of criminal responsibility, the question about putting them in a special facility for juvenile offenders.
