Support for the president among Russians is growing steadily

The survey FOM held on February 7-8 in 204 settlements, 64 subjects of the Russian Federation, among 3,000 respondents.

It is noteworthy that confidence rating is somewhat different from eolektoralnogo ranking Russian president. Thus, according to a poll conducted by the FOM of the same week earlier, the proportion of Russians who would vote for Putin’s actions, if presidential elections were held next Sunday, was 72%.

At the same time, January 25 voted for him to 70%. Also increased confidence in the incumbent president – 42% of respondents said they have more confidence in Putin, January 25 was the answer of 39% of respondents. Most of the respondents (82%) commended the work of Putin as president on January 25, so 81% of respondents expressed.
