The current humanitarian convoy has already become the 15th. He was sent on February 20 in the morning of the Rostov region and going on an urgent basis, part of the cargo was transported by air from Moscow.

With the passage of Ukrainian customs border it is not checked. Russian officials insist that Kiev he showed no interest in the shipment. “They did not come without explanation,” – said the representative of the Border Guard Service in the Rostov region Pavel Belov. Earlier, Ukrainian authorities have repeatedly protested about the convoys from Russia and voiced suspicions that the militia can thus obtain support.

On the eve of the MOE announced that part of the cargo will be sent to the city Debaltseve, which became the center of fierce battles. This week, the militia were able to take control of the city. In Kiev, said that the army and volunteer battalions were able to organize off Debaltseve. In this case, Ukrainian Ministry of Defence acknowledged that Debaltseve remained prisoners and missing.

On Friday, the self-proclaimed representative of Donetsk People’s Republic stated that on Saturday could be held prisoner exchange between the militias and security forces.
