Sands: The West should take Russia’s position in Ukraine – a REGNUM
President’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov, in an interview with US broadcaster CNN said that international cooperation between Russia and the West can resume only if the decision of Moscow’s position on the issue of Ukraine.
