Presnensky court of Moscow has appointed Alex oppositionist Navalny 15 days of administrative detention in the case of repeated violation of the order of holding rallies.
A spokesman for opposition leader Cyrus Yarmish reported that this decision will be appealed.
Navalny was arrested last Sunday in the subway. Police said that he violated the order there.
“I was just informed citizens about the event. All this is done to ensure that I was not able to take part in the march. As soon as a political action, so for me begins to run the police,” – he said.
Alexei Navalny and a number of opposition politicians have agreed to hold a march “Spring” March 1 under the political and economic slogans prevent opposition to the elections to end the war in Ukraine, to lift censorship, cut budget spending on power ministries and other.
As the known Moscow mayor’s office rejected the organizers of the rally in its implementation.
