Putin urged the regions to be proactive and not wait for a command from above – Investkafe

In the current difficult economic situation, the Russian regions should actively work to stay ahead and not wait for a command from above, no doubt the Russian leader Vladimir Putin.

Speaking at a meeting of the State Council, the politician spoke about the initiative of the Ministry of Finance to review the debt regions of the country, reports RT.

In particular, can be restructured debts on loans for repairs of roadways, for the construction of Olympic facilities, as well as the construction of the Sochi track for Formula 1. In Office believe that their initiative will reduce the debt burden on the
