Lavrov and Kerry called for a cessation of hostilities in Karabakh – RIA Novosti

MOSCOW, April 4 – RIA Novosti Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry discussed by telephone the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, said the Russian Foreign Ministry

Lavrov and Kerry condemned the attempts of some “external players “spur confrontation in Karabakh”, – stated in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
