Investigative agencies of the Investigative Department of the Far Eastern transport of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation on the fact of a hard landing for the EU-30 helicopter in the Primorsky region opened a criminal case on grounds of crime under Part 2 Art. 263 of the Criminal Code (violation of safety rules and operation of air transport negligently caused the death of a person), reported to RIA PrimaMedia press service control.
