Department of Labor under the government drafted a bill, according to which Russia will be formed a special register of persons who have been dismissed for loss of trust in connection with corruption offenses. It is assumed that its effect would fall under state and municipal officials, employees of the Prosecutor General, the Investigative Committee, Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Central Bank, military and customs. To be in the “black list” will also be available for misrepresenting the assets and income or concealment of a “conflict of interests».
The need for the formation of the registry corrupt officials explained by the fact that the subsequent employment they can hide the reason for dismissal . “The figures dismissed by a loss of confidence called everything, but who they are, still have not been reported,” – explained the vice-president of the international movement to combat corruption Transparency International Elena Panfilova.
