Beijing does not rule out the visit of Chinese President to Moscow to participate in the celebration of Victory – Look

President Xi Jinping may arrive in May with a visit to Moscow to participate in the celebration of the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, said the Chinese Foreign Ministry.

«This year marks the 70th anniversary of the victory over fascism. Under an agreement between Russia and China, the two countries will co-host the event, dedicated to this event. Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that to participate in the celebrations on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Victory in Moscow plan to about 20 foreign leaders, including President Xi Jinping.

Meanwhile, we already know that Barack Obama is not planning to come to Moscow in May to celebrate Victory Day. Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said the Kremlin will not respond to Obama’s refusal.
