The deputies of the State Duma of the “United Russia” contributed to the lower house of the Russian parliament a new version of the general part of the Code of Administrative Offences (CAO), according to “Kommersant».
The bill introduces a new form of punishment – the elimination of legal person or termination of activity as an individual entrepreneur. This sanction may be imposed by the court if it deems insufficient other measures of influence on the SP and entities that carry out activities without proper authorization, committed numerous gross or repeated violations.
In the new edition of the Code of Administrative Offences is proposed to introduce a separate article for individual entrepreneurs. In the case of amendments responsibility for violating the law will be borne by those citizens who officially as the SP are not registered, but have committed offenses in connection with business activities.
For the individuals proposed to introduce corrective work as an administrative punishment. Serve its citizens will be the principal place of work, but part of the salary (5-25%) will be held in favor of the state.
Also, lawmakers have proposed a number of new restrictions: the injunction to attend public, sporting and social events, the ban use the services of air carriers for gross violation of rules of conduct on board the aircraft.
