Putin proposed to resolve to exclude NGOs from the registry "inoagentov" – Russian newspaper

The President has made to the State Duma a bill on an exceptional basis, non-profit organizations (NPOs) in the Registry “foreign agents”, follows from the electronic database of the lower house of parliament. With such a proposal at the end of last year, the head of state asked the Ombudsman Pamfilova.

Now the legislation really only specifies the order of the roster of NGOs to serve” foreign agent “. The President proposed that the organization can now apply to the Ministry of Justice, which should be “immediately with the notice of the prosecution to conduct an unscheduled inspection.” Based on the results it may be decided to exclude from the list of “foreign agents”.

However, to come out will not be easy. We have to prove the absence of sources of foreign funding for political activities in the year prior to submitting an application, or rejection of foreign grants, within three months from the date of entry in the register of “foreign agents”.

The decision must be made no later than three months after the date of receipt of the NGO statement. Leaves register non-profit organization in the event of liquidation, reorganization or exclusion from the register. If inspection found that inaccurate information is given, and the request was denied, the decision can be appealed in court.
