Russian Emergencies Ministry has initiated the formation of the 16th humanitarian convoy for Donbass, the press service of the department.
A column of trucks carrying humanitarian aid for the people of Donetsk and Lugansk regions go from Noginsk Rescue Emergency Center of Russia in Rostov region on February 24.
