Russia says the draft resolution on the fight against terrorism in Libya an important initiative and is ready to work constructively on the document, said Russia’s permanent representative the UN Vitaly Churkin. The draft resolution was submitted to the UN Security Council on February 18 Jordan. “I think this is a serious and important initiative resolution. I assured the Jordanian delegation and other members of the Security Council, we are ready to work constructively, “- said Russia’s permanent representative to the United Nations after the UN Security Council closed consultations on the situation in Libya.
