Police detained opposition leader Alexei Navalny to force delivery Presnensky court of Moscow. Police said that this is due to the fact that he just did not show up in court on the case of the arrest for handing out flyers in the subway on Sunday. About this Navalny tweeted.

Ally Navalny Nicholas Lyaskin in his Twitter said that the police had come for the opposition to the building fund the fight against corruption.

Navalny is charged with criminal code for repeated infringement about meetings and rallies. The penalty for this offense includes a fine of 150 thousand to 300 thousand rubles, or compulsory work for a period of 40 to 200 hours or administrative arrest for up to 30 days.

February 15 police arrested Navalny and his supporters for a few hours in the Moscow subway, when they were handing out campaign materials in connection with the impending crisis management opposition march “Spring”.

Earlier today it was reported that the organizers of the opposition “anti-crisis march” planned for March 1, refuse to pursue its action in Marino. According to “Interfax” opposition leader and journalist Alexander Ryklin, the organizers insist on holding shares in the center of Moscow.

On the eve of the Moscow City Council invited the opposition to hold anti-crisis march “Spring” in Marino. Organizers originally applied for a march on Tverskaya Street with up to 100 thousand people.
