Russian President Vladimir Putin said on February 23 that he and his Ukrainian counterpart Petro Poroshenko save contacts, but sometimes he extremely surprised by the statement of the Ukrainian leadership, in particular the involvement of the Kremlin administration to the events on the Maidan. “We have saved contact.
